Our Story
I’m Parisa, the founder of Nukaia. A mother, a lover of nature, and a Reiki energy practitioner who finds deep healing through my connection to Earth, walking in nature, and using plants as medicine.
Years ago, I started making my own refillable candles at home after feeling guilty about throwing away empty jars. The thought of them piling up in landfills and harming the planet deeply saddened me. When I gifted my candles to friends and family, they loved the idea of a sustainable, earth-friendly alternative to traditional candles. They also appreciated that these candles were more than just eco- conscious, they were therapeutic, designed to enhance mood without the use of synthetic or harmful fragrances.
Our Promise
I discovered aromatherapy as a gentle way to calm my mind, lift my mood, and restore balance during life’s more overwhelming moments. I used essential oils while unwinding, in the bath, during meditation, or just before bedtime, and it had a profound impact on my well-being. Over time, I felt a deep calling to share this experience with others, combining the two most important aspects of my candles, their ability to support well-being and their gentle impact on the planet.
My deep connection with Mother Earth inspires everything I create. I believe that plants hold incredible medicinal and therapeutic benefits, which is why I use only pure essential oils in my candles. Their natural aromas are not only clean but also help to calm the mind, soothe the soul, restore balance, and enhance mood, just as aromatherapy has done for me in times of stress.
