Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your candle experience. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us at hello@nukaia.com within 7 days of receiving it. Be sure to include your order number and a photo of the item, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges on unused, unburned candles returned in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery. Please note: return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was faulty.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns on:

  • Used or burned candles

  • Custom or limited edition items

  • Gift cards

We hand-pour each candle with care and hope they bring calm and joy to your space. If you have any concerns, don’t hesitate to get in touch, we’re always happy to assist.
